1. The company will use language that “third-parties” the union.
NSLU is an independent union of you and your coworkers from across the company.
The union effort is entirely run by New Seasons workers.
2. The company may claim that you already have a say in the business.
In the past, entire departments have been eliminated without consulting the workers. After we win our election, changes like these become mandatory bargaining subjects which the company is legally required to negotiate over with workers.
